Team AeroDynamix is ready to shine at SUN 'n FUN International Fly-In and Expo next week. Day and night, on the wing and on the ground, Team AeroDynamix promises four days of nonstop action.
We will follow up from last year's debut performance there with a new, signature maneuver – the elegant and impressive eight-ship parallel diamond loop. For the Saturday night performance, special wingtip and smoke lights will transform the team into a "giant UFO" as we change formations at show center.
In an important business development, Team AeroDynamix and Engine Components International (ECi®) will announce a new partnership in a joint press conference Thursday morning. Following that, we are pleased to support SUN 'n FUN with a special flight for their hometown heroes and area media.
Friday morning we get to don our "Superman Suits" (flight suits) and spend time with STEM students at the Piedmont Hangar Youth Workshop explaining how STEM and air show flying go hand-in-hand. Later in the day we'll meet the students at the fleet for a good look at our custom planes and some one-on-one time.
Throughout our time at SUN 'n FUN, Team AeroDynamix will support our sponsors in their activities and exhibits.
As mentioned above, Team AeroDynamix and ECi are hosting a press conference Thursday. Team Flight Lead and Founder Mike Stewart and ECi General Manager Tim Morland will represent both businesses at the event and officially discuss the new venture between these two powerful presences in the aviation industry.
Earlier this year, ECi made headlines when it entered the engine build market, with its TITAN® Engine Assembly Program.
