The electric flaps is a great option for this plane. The manual flap control arm comes right between the seats and takes up room for you and your passenger. The electric flap motor is out of the way and a nice feature.
You do have to fabricate the mount though. does take quite a bit more work than the standard manual flap. While checking the operation of the motor, I inadvertently sheared the wires off at the motor. Had to replace it. But other than that it works great.
